From a young age she developed a deep love for animals — especially horses — and felt a strong natural connection to all animals and nature.

Born 11th June 1991 · South Africa · Living in England since age 6
A lifelong animal lover with a deep natural connection to all creatures. Kirstyn combines professional cleaning expertise with qualified animal care training to offer a uniquely complete and caring service.
Kirstyn is deeply passionate about creating a stress-free environment where animals remain in their own homes rather than being placed into stressful environments such as kennels or catteries. She believes keeping animals in their familiar environment and daily routine is essential for their wellbeing, happiness and sense of security while their owners are away.
Kirstyn was always surrounded by animals. Her family had dogs named Kelly, Prince and Sandy, a cat named Misty, and a foster family dog called Fidget, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She enjoyed swimming, an active outdoor lifestyle, and one of the most important bonds of her life — her beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Thor. She raised and cared for Thor throughout his life, sharing daily walks, companionship and love until he passed at 15 and a half. That experience deeply strengthened her passion for animal care and welfare.
Kirstyn lives an active, outdoor-focused life — horse riding every fortnight, gym and fitness, gardening (including her allotment), cooking and baking, swimming in the sea, and spending time with friends and family. She currently cares for her two black cats, Nala and Crystal, raised from kittens.

Glen grew up in a large family with two brothers and two sisters. He enjoyed playing football, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his brothers around the lakes and countryside of Cumbria. The family Alsatian, Sam, helped build his lifelong love for animals and appreciation for pet care and companionship.
At 16, Glen became independent and moved around the Lake District, working in kitchen work, labouring and hod carrying within the building trade — building a strong work ethic, teamwork skills and practical hands-on experience.
